With any intentional change we make in our lives, we need to create clarity of focus on where we want to go and what we want to do…

In order to live life to the fullest, we must commit to a practice.

This practice begins by focusing our attention on an element of nature (Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether) , it’s corresponding chakra (energy center), and each element’s physio/emotional characteristics.

Workshops and individual sessions provide an understanding of personal patterns as they relate to the chakras and their  elements. Beth provides guidance and hands-on energy work for healing and transformation.


My workshops and individual sessions guide you in a dynamic process to create and reinforce your heart’s desires with meditations, polarity energy bodywork, and yoga postures.

Enclosed you will find information of the manifestation process and polarity therapy as well as processes and meditations, yoga postures, and a daily exercise for support on your journey. Have fun embracing the mystery as you live your intentions!

Polarity Therapy is the science of stimulating and balancing the body’s life energy. When this balancing occurs, there is a harmonizing effect on the body, heart, and mind. This naturally leads to a greater sense of well-being and wholeness. At the heart of this work are the five elements and their corresponding chakras, Earth, at the base of the spine, Water, around the pelvis, Fire, at the solar plexus, Air, at the heart, and Ether, at the throat. As an energy system, polarity incorporates bodywork, yoga, lifestyle coaching, and body/mind awareness to create and promote healthy living



Creating intention requires that you go into your heart and ask yourself what the next step is on your heart/soul’s path. What is your heart’s desire at this time in your life? What are you ready to embrace…what has held you back from achieving this…where do you hold this belief/pattern in your body…what will propel you forward…and (most importantly), how will having this make you FEEL? Focus, feeling, and action create intention.
